Application To Host A USSF Grassroots Course

Clubs that wish to host a USSF Grassroots Course through the LIJSL Coaching Academy must fill out the application below as part of the registration process.

Hosting club responsible for all site fees. Virtual or in-person classroom session is two hours, field session is two hours. Club must provide players for field session (12 U9-U10 players for 7v7, 14 U11-U12 players for 9v9, and 18 U13+ players for 11v11).
