The LIJSL Super Y Academy program held tryouts across two weekends in December, but an additional slate of tryouts has now been added this winter.
During the weekends of January 27-28 and February 3-4, players interested in a spot on an LIJSL Super Y Academy team can showcase their skills at the Brentwood Soccer Fields.
Players who have previously attended the December tryouts are encouraged to participate, but it is not mandatory. For any NEW tryout participants, they must register by clicking the link at the bottom of the page and pay the one-time fee of $35. Previously registered participants can attend the tryouts at no additional cost, but must confirm attendance.
The LIJSL Academy Super Y program recently had four teams compete at Super Y Nationals in Tampa, Fla.

9 am – 10:30 am – Boys 2015, 2014 – Field 1
10:30 am – 12 pm – Boys 2009 – Field 10
10:30 am – 12 pm – Boys 2013 – Field 1
10:30 am – 12 pm – Boys 2008, 2007/2006 – Field 10
Feb. 3
9 am – 10:30 am – Girls 2015, 2014 – Field 1
9 am – 10:30 am – Girls 2013 – Field 10
10:30 am – 12 pm – Girls 2012 – Field 1

9 am – 10:30 am – Girls 2010 – Field 1
9 am – 10:30 am – Girls 2009, Girls 2008/2007/2006 – Field 10
