The inaugural Long Island Liberty Cup was played on July 30-31 at the Half Hollow Hills Soccer Complex in the Town of Huntington. During the two-day event there was plenty of excitement and high-quality play on display.
The tournament also served as another chance for the LIJSL Academy East and West teams to compete this summer. The program had another strong showing, much like their play earlier in the summer at the Hudson Invitational Tournament.
