The USYS League Championship provides teams an additional pathway to the USYS National Series and winners of League Championship advance to the USYS Eastern Regionals. In 2023, four LIJSL teams booked their place to Regionals via League Championship. Middle Country SC SBMC 05 (GU18) were successful in reaching the 2023 USYS Nationals via the League Championship pathway.
Interested teams must complete the application process and accepted teams will compete in a qualifying games before playing in the League Championship Finals, which will be held at the River City Sportsplex in Richmond, Va. on May 18-19.
