The LIJSL Academy East and West teams participated in the program’s first tournament of the summer in Rhode Island at the Seaside Classic on July 13-14.
During the course of the weekend event, two sides finished atop of the bracket. Three other teams finished in second place. The U10 West girls had an unblemished record during the weekend.
The Academy East and West program will complete its summer schedule at the Summer Sizzler tournament in New Jersey on July 27-28.
