LISRA to Host Grade 8 Referee Certification Class [ Sep 12, 2012 ]

The Long Island Soccer Referees Association (LISRA) has faithfully served the Long Island Junior Soccer League (LIJSL) and its parent organization, the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA), for the past four decades by providing referees and assistant referees to youth soccer games. New referees are always needed so LISRA will be holding a Grade 8 referee certification class starting in September.

The minimum age to become a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) referee is 16. Participants must attend all classes:

Monday, September 24
Thursday, September 27
Tuesday, October 2
Thursday, October 4
Tuesday, October 9
Monday, October 15

All classes will be held at the Plainedge High School, 241 Wyngate Drive, North Massapequa, NY 11758 and go from 7 to 10 pm each night.
